A Rural City Deal - calls for a coherent rural economic strategy, post-Brexit. Commissioned by the Assembly Member for Mid and West Wales, Baroness Eluned Morgan the strategy calls for action from better infrastructure for electric vehicles, eco homes for older people, access to highly skilled jobs for younger people, and a new Independent Rural Commissioner.
