Susan Hulme reports from Westminster as the government says it is "completely unacceptable" that some adult social care in England is sub-standard. Also in the programme: the equalities minister says there will be "no back sliding" on rights for lesbian, gay and transgender people; the International Trade Secretary, Liam Fox, has accused the BBC and other media organisations of preferring to see "Britain fail than see Brexit succeed"; and MPs fret about the appropriate way for men MPs to dress.
