Jonathan Sutherland introduces highlights from the final weekend of the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic will be crowned champions for the sixth year in a row following their match against Hearts, while Aberdeen travel to Partick and St Johnstone host Rangers. At the bottom the final, places will be decided with Hamilton taking on Dundee, Motherwell facing a trip to Inverness and Kilmarnock hosting Ross County.
