Sweden has decided to drop the rape investigation into Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and Instagram is the worst platform when it comes to impact on young people's mental health. Plus, a man who drove a car along three blocks of pavement in New York's Times Square, killing a teenager and injuring 22 people, said he had "heard voices".
