Episode 4

It is the start of autumn in Tuscany and time for the olive harvest at La Banditaccia. After the success of the previous grape harvest, two members of the group make it a personal mission to ensure that owner Maurizio's precious olives are picked, pressed and turned into extra virgin olive oil before they reach their peak.

The harvest starts well as the team pull together, but interest soon wanes after the scale and arduous reality of the task hits home. Tensions start to surface when some members of the group decide to pursue their own dreams away from the farm, while others want to focus on hosting more B&B guests at the farm instead.

The challenge of the olive harvest splits the camp, as some people want to pay for workers to help out, while others want the satisfaction of completing it themselves. Meanwhile, a flourishing bromance develops between two members of the group, as friendships are forged, and by the end of the harvest, genuine dreams are realised.
