Newsbeat is in Leeds charting the rise of the inner city festival.
it's not often a festival goes so wrong that a whole country apologises, but that's what has happened in the Bahamas over something called the Fyre Festival. It was supposed to be a seriously exclusive event but it's ended in chaos. Meanwhile, in the UK we're in Leeds charting the rise of the inner city festival.
