Our penchant for a warming winter roast is causing a problem. The waste cooking fat gets washed down the drain, where it clogs the sewers and gives the water companies a major headache. But there could also be disastrous consequences above ground, with blocked sewers and drains contributing to major flooding. Keeley goes down into the sewers below London with Thames Water to discover the secret horror lurking beneath our feet: a ‘fatberg’ the size of a Boeing 747!
