Dr Enda Kerr treats 67-year-old James who has had a suspected stroke. Grace Smith lost a substantial part of her jaw bone and all of her teeth as a result of facial cancer and has been undergoing cutting-edge surgery in the Ulster Hospital for almost 14 years to totally rebuild her face. We follow a team from Lurgan Hospital who deliver acute care to a patient in their home, and meet junior doctor Conal Corr who is working in Antrim Hospital's Macmillan Unit.
