Former footballer Derek Bell tells Emma Barnett that he went to his abuser's house with a 12 inch knife, wanting to kill him. The former Newcastle United player was abused hundreds of times by his coach in the 1970s, George Ormond, while playing for the Montagu and North Fenham boys football club.
