Justin shows his cards, and Jazzer makes a point.

Kirsty and Jazzer ask Roy how his date with Janette went. It was nothing special but it's got him thinking about what he's looking for in a partner. He shows them the chart he's drawn up to help him in his search. Jazzer snatches it off him and uses it to light the Borsetshire Blaster firework which he bought off Molly Button. Jazzer says it's in celebration of Roy being back in the game. Then he adds that spreadsheets won't help when it comes to finding love.

Susan has selected a photographer for the Carters' family photo. Emma will be getting a finder's fee for recommending them. Susan thinks Emma should spend the money on a grooming session for Ed. Emma is indignant - Ed doesn't need to go to salon!

Justin calls Rob over to talk through a potential investment. Rob tells him he's found somewhere to live on the Edgeley Road. When Justin asks how he's coping with Ambridge giving him the cold shoulder, Rob replies it's water off a duck's back. This pleases Justin, he needs someone who can make difficult decisions that may be locally unpopular.
