Aled Jones goes back to the home of the Paralympics - Stoke Mandeville in Buckinghamshire - to hear how sport saved a man's life after he was struck down by illness. On the journey, Aled introduces him to a little boy and his family who have shown great determination and positivity when faced with disability.
