The Janice Forsyth Show comes live from Johnstone Library in Renfrewshire as it celebrates the BBC Love to Read campaign. Author Jenny Colgan tells Janice about her latest book 'Christmas at Little Beach Street Bakery' and shares her passion for libraries and the role they play within communities. Children's Laureate Chris Riddell recalls the importance of his local library as a child and the show's monthly book group discusses Ian Rankin's Saints of the Shadow Bible, the most borrowed book from Scottish Libraries. We'll also be finding out about the hugely successful Skoobmobile, an outreach service promoting a love of reading and playing for children and their families throughout Renfrewshire.
