Paul Martin presents from Southwell Minster, in the town of Southwell near Nottingham. Antiques experts Michael Baggott and Mark Stacey find the best antiques and collectables inspired by nature.
Paul Martin looks at how the remarkable green man sculptures covering the minster chapter house took their inspiration from ancient pagan beliefs which might even have links with the local legend of Robin Hood. Paul also explores Newstead Abbey, famous for being the home of poet Lord Byron, and discovers it was down to two visionary families to bring it back to its former glory and put it on the map.
