As a nation, the UK is incredibly giving and Going Back Giving Back is born out of this generosity.
Presenter Aled Jones goes back to the 1960s to hear the story of an inspirational woman who was lucky enough to experience an idyllic and carefree childhood in a beautiful seaside village in Cornwall. In stark contrast to her own upbringing, she meets a family living in east London who have never been outside the capital, or even seen the sea.
