Sarah Montague speaks to German MEP Manfred Weber. Is this the end for Angela Merkel? And what effect has her refugee policy had on the way Germany will be governed?

Sarah Montague speaks to German MEP Manfred Weber. Germany's voters have made it clear they are unhappy with their chancellor Angela Merkel.
