More than half of women workers say period pain has affected their job, according to a survey for 5 live. Yet less than three in ten of those feel able to tell their boss that period pain is responsible. We speak to two women who've suffered since their teens, hear from experts - and from an employment lawyer who says severe period pain could be classed as a disability.
