Flora Shedden and 500 amateur bakers celebrate Scotland's year of innovation, architecture and design by baking an enormous edible cake map of Scotland's iconic buildings!
We return to the great day Scotland was realised in cake!
Bake Off favourite Flora Shedden hears how amateur bakers from across Scotland are busy celebrating the year of innovation, architecture and design through cake when she visits Cake Fest Scotland. 500 bakers are trying their hand and testing their culinary skills to the max as they attempt to turn Scotland's iconic buildings into edible masterpieces. From the Gallery of Modern Art to Fort George, the Camster Cairn to the Wallace Monument, over 75 iconic buildings will be brought together in Stirling town centre on one massive map of Scotland. Flora will be on hand to witness it all coming together and hears from some of the bakers involved about some of the biggest design challenges of this monumental, mouth watering technical challenge. Scotland's never tasted so good!
