Businesses kick up stink over new dumping rules
Last month we brought the story on how new rules at a council dump has banned vans and commercial vehicles. The scheme at Ards and North Down Borough Council had upset some small business owners who said they feared it could affect their livelihood. This week, a number of them staged a protest outside the recycling depot at Balloo Industrial Estate in Bangor. And our reporter, Nicola Weir, went along to find out why there's a dust up at the dump
