Clare English visits North Lanarkshire and hears about a company trying to encourage businesses to take on a beehive, plus Rebecca Seal discusses the tradition of afternoon tea.

There's a real buzz about the programme today as bee keeper Warren Bader shows Clare English around his bee hives in North Lanarkshire and explains how his company Plan Bee is trying to encourage urban businesses to take on a bee hive. Producer Phil gets a real treat when he visits Wendy Matheson, owner of Boath House in Nairn for a rather special afternoon tea whilst food journalist Rebecca Seal tells Clare English all about this 200 year old tradition that has seen a recent rise in popularity.
