Cavan O'Neill from Belfast, is like most three-year-olds, he loves cartoons, bikes and is fascinated by cars.
But he suffers from a condition that affects his legs, stopping him from walking. Last year his parents started fundraising in order to raise enough money - to cover the cost of pioneering surgery in America that will help him walk.
