Ilya Ponomarev, Russian Dissident

Sarah Montague speaks to Ilya Ponomarev, who voted against the annexation of Crimea. He now lives in the US. Can Russians in exile make a difference to their country?

HARDtalk's Sarah Montague speaks to Ilya Ponomarev, who was only one of 446 deputies who voted against the Russian parliament's vote on President Putin's annexation of Crimea.
