Olympic rowing champion Katherine Grainger talks to Cathy Macdonald about how she discovered rowing and the experiences of both winning and losing out on an Olympic gold medal.

Rio 2016 will be rower Katherine Grainger's fifth Olympic Games - a remarkable feat which takes true determination and grit. The gold medallist recalls that magical moment in August 2012 when she and her partner rowed across the finishing line at Eton Dorney to win Olympic gold. Katherine tells Cathy Macdonald where she gets this can do attitude from, growing up in Glasgow, and how she found rowing as a teenager.
