So he's devised this comedy discussion show in order to find out more about it.
Along with his historian in residence, Professor Kate Williams, Frank is joined by Al Murray and Isy Suttie.
Up for discussion: Robin Hood, wartime slogans, Annie Oakley and a statue-related history mystery.
