The three candidates competing for the job think it is the boss they need to impress. Instead, everyone in the company will secretly assess them in a series of workplace tasks designed to test the applicants in every corner of the company. But as this unique week-long recruitment experiment continues, an upstairs/downstairs split emerges between the sales team and two of the longest-serving workers on the factory floor. Will they finally agree on the candidate they believe can secure the company's future?
