Security might have been tightened at Calais, but 200 migrants a week are arriving at the Belgian port of Zeebrugge as people smugglers look for new routes into the UK. We speak to a former head of the UK border force about how to get on top of the problem. Also today, the man who investigated abuse by staff at the Winterbourne care home in Bristol in 2011 says "shocking" abuse and poor treatment of patients still exists across the system.
