Row over shake-up in taxi regulations - from May this year there's going to be new rules over how and when you can get a taxi in Belfast city centre. Current laws only allow public hire taxis, better known as black taxis, to be hailed on streets in the city. But from late May, you'll be able to hail other taxis - but only at certain times. Kieran Reilly is a representative Belfast Public hire taxi drivers, he's not happy, and Vinty is a private hire taxi driver in Belfast
