A debt-ridden Caitlin finally realises that things will have to change when the bailiffs come knocking. Kelly-Marie is rushed in for emergency surgery.
With a mountain of debt to her name and bailiffs at her door again, Caitlin finally accepts that things have to change. An offhand remark from her daughter shames Caitlin into looking for a job, but as she prepares for her first real interview in fifteen years she soon realises it will be no easy task. Has Caitlin got what it takes? Meanwhile, Alex and the Mullens fear the worst when Kelly-Marie is rushed in for emergency surgery, and a reflective Robbie decides whether his heart is still in No 18.
