The head of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, Paul Johnson, tells us the new Universal Credit - which rolls six benefits into one payment - will leave people worse off - but may encourage claimants into work. We hear from the first place to adopt Universal Credit in 2013 - Tameside. And the new Milk Tray Man makes an appearance. He's a 39 year old firefighter from Liverpool.
