Van Konningsveld/Evans Family
Series in which families try out life overseas. Kelly has wanted to move to Australia for years, but can she persuade her partner to leave Wales?
Kelly has been dreaming of living in Australia since she was 18, even starting a degree to help her secure a visa. But while she doesn't feel any close ties to her hometown of Caerphilly, partner Gary's the exact opposite. He's more than happy with life in Wales and extremely close to his mum and gran. Having recently been promoted, he also fears starting a career from scratch again on the other side of the world.
A trial week in Perth gives Kelly her best shot at persuading Gary to join her for a new life on the other side of the world, but will he decide the country's worth giving up everything he has in the UK? Or will Kelly have to come to terms with potentially splitting from the man she loves and making the move by herself?
