Scottish traditional music star Phil Cunningham speaks to Clare English about the five dishes that best sum up his life - a kind of autobiography on a plate.

You might not know it but as well as being a Scottish traditional music legend Phil Cunningham has a life long passion for eating, cooking and feeding his friends and family. On this week's Kitchen Cafe Phil speaks to Clare English about the five dishes that best sum up his life - a kind of autobiography on a plate. Phil explains why at one time he would do a 60 mile round trip for a McDonalds, why the first dish he learned to cook went up in flames and how it's taken him almost 40 years to make the perfect chilli.
