Hundreds of homes have been evacuated and thousands left without power in Scotland and Northern Ireland as Storm Frank brings torrential rain and gales. We hear from those affected and from reporters on the scene. Elsewhere there's a new campaign calling for mothers of premature babies to be given more maternity leave. Several studies show mothers of premature babies are more likely to experience anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder, and the child is more prone to infection because of their immature immune system.
