Lily James and James Norton, stars of the BBC's epic adaptation of War and Peace, join Matt and Alex for the final One Show of 2015. Evgeny Lebedev reads War and Peace in two minutes, Iwan Thomas finds out if anyone can remember the words to The Twelve Days of Christmas, chef Ricky Andalcio takes his mince pies to a Bavarian Christmas market, Michael Douglas goes behind the scenes at a school nativity, the studio is filled with people who have Christmassy names and the choir of All Soul's Church perform at the end of the show.
