Children Change Colombia
Children Change Colombia is one of the UK’s largest charities working exclusively in Colombia. It works with children whose rights to a safe and happy childhood and a fulfilling future are threatened by poverty, inequality, violence and gang culture. It does this through local partnerships and by focusing on children most at risk, to keep them safe and to defend their rights in the long term.

Music workshops

A Children Change Colombia music workshop in Cazuca, near Bogota. Music workshops give young people safe places to go. They also develop young people’s communication skills and self-confidence and produce insightful shows that bring neighbours together and help rebuild community life.
Reclaiming community spaces

Children at the Children Change Colombia project in Cazuca coming together to claim back their local sports field, showing the world that it belongs to the whole community and not to the armed groups. Children Change Colombia works in many places like Cazuca where gangs make community spaces unsafe to play in.
