Episode 3

This month the Adventure Show's in the Highlands for the World Orienteering Championships. It is only the third time the event has been held in Scotland and 400 athletes from 51 different nations have come to battle it out for the medals.

We're joining the action for the fast and furious Sprint event, an urban race held in Forres on the Moray coast, and for the classic Long event in the splendour of Glen Affric. Plus we follow the efforts of Fife adventurer, James Lamb as he joins local people in a Nepalese hill village who are fighting to improve the working conditions of porters and guides.
