Sitcom set in a fried chicken shop. The episode flashes back to when Mary became manager of Seriously Fried Chicken - the branch was a mess.
The episode flashes back to a time before Mary was manager of Seriously Fried Chicken. The branch was a mess, the staff were complacent and it was run by a drug-addled waster. Clive calls Mary in to head office - he has fired the manager and is asking her to turn things around. She has one week to improve the branch. When Mary arrives at the restaurant she realises she has her work cut out for her.
