Gillian Marles looks at the difference the living wage makes to business. One company says more pay helps productivity, but the hospitality industry warns it could cost jobs.

This week, Gillian Marles finds out what difference the Living Wage makes to workers and businesses. The UK Government is introducing a National Living Wage from next year. Gillian looks at the difference between that and the Minimum Wage and a voluntary Living Wage scheme. She hears from one company who says paying more helps recruitment and productivity. However the hospitality industry warns that it could hit profits and cost jobs.
