Convicted spy Gerardo Hernandez - leader of the so-called Cuban 5 - talks about his 16 years in the US prison system. Gerardo was released last year as part of a diplomatic thaw with Cuba. A month later he became a father after US granted his request to have his wife artificially inseminated with his sperm while he was still in jail. Meanwhile Britain's national sperm bank reveals it has just nine donors - a year after it was set up.
