The UUP says it considering pulling out of the Stormont Executive over the row over whether the IRA still exists. Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt was speaking after a meeting with Secretary of State Theresa Villiers.
But will he carry out this threat? And if he does, what impact would that have on the assembly - if any?
