Entrepreneur Nelson and chef Dariny of Kothu Kothu (meaning chop chop) caught up with Ashanti on today's show. They spoke about their Sri Lankan street food Kothu Kothu that is taking London by storm. Kothu Kothu dish is found on almost every street corner in Colombo in Sri Lanka and is famous not only for its taste but also for its unique and theatrical preparation.
