Three enthusiastic home cooks are pitted against each other as they try to make a delicious dish using the day's ingredient boxes. The first test is to create something from a box put together by Strictly Come Dancing's Vincent Simone.
In the second challenge, James Martin selects the ingredients to go into three new boxes. The contestants have to choose between a bird box, a shellfish box and a basic box. Based on the dishes from this second test, James Martin decides who triumphs and wins Cook of the Day!
