Three enthusiastic home cooks are pitted against each other as they try to make a delicious dish using the day's ingredient boxes. The first test is to create something from a box put together by MasterChef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti.
In the second challenge, James Martin selects the ingredients to go into three new boxes. They have to choose between a global box, a basic box and a pudding box. Based on the dishes from this second test, James decides who triumphs and wins Cook of the Day!
