A teacher says he wishes he had done more after seeing twin sisters who fled to Syria viewing Islamic State propoganda online. Dom Walsh was assistant principal at Connell Sixth Form College in Manchester - the school attended by 16-year old twin sisters Zahra and Salma Halane who travelled to Syria a year ago.
