Documentary going behind the scenes with the team at Flintshire County Council's housing department as they cope with anti-social behaviour, people struggling to pay the bedroom tax, tenants that leave their houses like a tip, and vulnerable people struggling to find a home.
The long-suffering staff keep a sense of humour as they cope with a huge workload. A team of just 13 manage over 7,500 properties and have a waiting list of 3,000.
This time, they help a man who has been living in his car and a woman whose medical condition has turned her into a prisoner in her own home.
