People have been taking part in a rally in the American city of Charleston, where nine churchgoers were murdered in what is thought to have been a racist attack.
The FBI is investigating what seems to be Dylann Roof's online manifesto, setting out his alleged motives for killing nine African-Americans at a Bible class.
