Three enthusiastic home cooks are pitted against each other as they try to make a delicious dish using the day's ingredient boxes. The first test is to create something from a box put together by chef and renowned cookery teacher Rosemary Shrager.
In the second challenge, James Martin selects the ingredients to go into three new boxes. They have to choose between an offal box, a vegetarian box and a chocolate box. Based on the dishes from this second test, James decides who triumphs and wins Cook of the Day!
