Ian Hunt introduces live coverage of the 2015 Welsh Open from the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff. Ronnie O'Sullivan gets the first round underway as he takes on Vinnie Calabrese.
After over a decade in Newport, the Welsh Open returns to Cardiff and has a new home at the Motorpoint Arena. Over the next seven days, 128 players will contest the title, with the winner picking up a cheque for £60,000.
With 11 tables in play, first-round action gets underway with defending champion, Ronnie O'Sullivan, taking centre stage this afternoon against Australia's Vinnie Calabrese. Also featuring this afternoon are 2007 winner Neil Robertson and two-time Welsh Open champion Mark Williams.
