The Canadian prime minister pays tribute to the soldier who was shot by a gunman, who then opened fire in parliament.
The Canadian Prime Minster Stephen Harper addresses the nation, after a gunman killed a soldier guarding a war memorial in the capital Ottowa. The gunman then opened fire in the parliament building before he was shot dead himself. Also, Sweden says it could use force to raise a suspected Russian submarine from the depths of the Baltic.
