Milk Crisis, Meadows and Welsh Blankets

Has the dairy industry reached crisis point again? A series of prices cuts to the dairy farm, issues of supply and demand and some farmers say they are facing losses of up to 25%. We speak to a farmer in Carmarthenshire to assess the impact on the dwindling number of dairy farmers

A year in the life of a meadow - In the last 75 years a staggering 97% of meadows have been lost but the charity Plantlife is determined to halt that decline with the establishment of new meadows which they say are vital for the British countryside. Carmarthenshire's Coronation Meadow is being looked after by local farmer Andrew Jones and we'll be keeping an eye it throughout the year to see how it develops
