Are farmers the new celebrity chefs? Charlotte Smith presents the programme from Adam Henson's farm in the Cotswolds and explores the changing image of farming in film, television, radio and on social media.
While feeding his Gloucester old spot pigs and sorting lambs for market, the Countryfile presenter talks about the importance of good communication between farmers and the public - after all, the viewers are also his customers. Charlotte Smith teases him about having "soft hands" and asks whether a primetime TV presenter can be a "proper" farmer at the same time.
