Edi Stark talks to Hungarian philanthropist and activist Eva Haller, who escaped the Nazis during the Second World War by hiding in the Scottish Mission in Budapest.
In the first of the new series, Edi talks to philanthropist and activist Eva Haller who was born in Hungary and now lives in California. At the age of 12 she was printing and distributing anti Hitler pamphlets. She escaped the fate of thousands of other Jewish children by being hidden in the Scottish Mission and then persuading a Nazi officer to let her go. Her story since then has been no less remarkable.
